Activities – Vetbus2b

VETBUS2B will implement its activities across 3 main project phases:

In the FIRST PHASE partners will work on building a peer-learning community between the Argentinian and the European partners to share the knowledge, to acquire new competences and to lay solid groundwork for future cooperation activities through:

– Online capacity building programme with 4 training events addressing hot topics of the EU VET agenda;

– European study visit (across Germany and Italy) tour to the best practices raised from the “VETBUS” project.

– Customisation of the EU tools to be transferred to Argentinian local WBL experiences.

In the SECOND PHASE Argentinian partners will transfer the WBL pedagogical approach developed by “VETBUS” into their specific local context through:

– Map of the emerging professional skills most required in Cordoba region manufactural sector.

– Working groups with VET teachers and trainers of the local private sector for the definition of learning outcomes related to a pilot professional profile.

– Roadmap for private companies willing to be involved in WBL experiences.

The THIRD PHASE will be the real training ground where the Argentinian partners will run a small-scale pilot experience for the “electronics technician” WBL curriculum through:

– Elaboration of the new training modules material.

– Pilot of the training curriculum during the school’s year.

– Evaluation of the competences acquired by the pilot classes of students attending the related VET path.
